Number #003 in our Collaboration Series is with Broadsheet and Bulleit Whiskey in November 2013. I infused the richness of the Rye Whiskey with a select group of spices and topped up with some lime juice and Ginger Beer & smoked with Cherry Wood. The result is a satisfyingly deep flavour with a sharp twist.
