Our Fifth Collaboration Series Jerky is with Smith Journal.  Smith Journal is a quarterly, Australia-based publication that focuses on substance, wit and inspiration.  

For our Collaboration, we wanted to cross several themes in their issue of March 2014, which resulted in a Garam Masala Jerky & Honey, finished with Toasted Sesame & Poppy Seeds.  We'll be selling these in our store and they'll come on their own or a special pack with the Garam Masala Jerky, 60g of Srirachuan and 60g of Classic and this quarters Smith Journal that's featuring our Griffin Jerky story for $25 plus postage.
