GRIFFIN JERKY IS NOW EASIER TO EAT WITH OUR NEW SLICING STYLE
We've been listening to your feedback & have wanted to review our slicing stylle for a while but wanted to solidly road test it before rolling it out. We understand our jerky got a bit too big to eat easily, and if you're trying to look cool at a bar, a picnic or at your desk, the last thing you want is to be battling a big hunk of jerky! So we focused on these key elements;
- Easier to Eat
- More pieces per pack
- More consistency in texture, size, flavour & dryness
- Better marinade absorption for better flavour
Our new slicing style makes each piece able to be eaten in one go, averaging at around 7cm per piece with about 10 pieces per 30g pack, as shown in the above photo (excuse the ripped label, but no point in opening a perfectly labelled packet, right?). It makes for a nice, satisfying piece of jerky with all the irregular twists & turns that make jerky what it is for better chewing, to hold more flavour and to protect your public dignity! But still not wanting to have little slices that look more like a pet treat than a delicious snack. Real jerky!
